SWIPE TO HEAR WHY WE ARE FORMING OUR UNION AT BHCHP!

BHCHP Workers are a Valuable Part of the Mission

Those of us who work at BHCHP know how unique our services are and we want to keep our jobs for years to come. But as workers at a non-union organization, our jobs are not as secure as we would like. Management has the power to decide our salaries and benefits. When we form our union in 1199SEIU, we can use our collective voice to make improvements so BHCHP can continue to be successful in its mission.

Our Patients and Clients Are Counting On Us

BHCHP provides lifesaving, wraparound services, but we need professional wages, secure benefits and respect in the workplace to be able to recruit and retain dedicated and qualified staff. We believe joining with 1199SEIU is our best opportunity to improve our working conditions and improve the quality of services we provide.

As employees of BHCHP, we stand united in our support of and commitment to the mission of BHCHP. Our decision to form a union is part of that commitment in an effort to improve our working conditions and improve the quality of services we provide.
